Team Lead - AR

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of analysts and AR coaches to optimize collections and reduce AR ageing
2. Perform quality checks and monitor daily workflow to meet SLAs
3. Mentor junior staff and encourage strong A/R follow-up skills
4. Track key metrics and resolve personnel issues with management's support
