Team Lead Channel Relations (Dubai)
A leading UAE real estate developer is looking to appoint an experienced Team Lead Channel Relations to oversee and drive a high-performing Channel Relations team.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to build, manage, and scale broker networks, while leading a team of Channel Relations Managers and working closely with internal sales and marketing teams.
The Role
- Lead and manage a team of Channel Relations Managers
- Own the full channel partner lifecycle acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Drive broker performance through events, training, incentives, and relationship management
- Monitor partner contribution and take corrective action where required
- Build dashboards and performance trackers for broker output
- Ensure compliance, contractual adherence, and smooth partner communication
- Identify new broker partnerships through market mapping and strategic outreach
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- 1215 years experience in channel / partner management within the UAE real estate developer market
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong track record managing large broker networks, including international partners
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and highly organised
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
