Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Giza. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, setting targets, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. The role will include mentoring and guiding team members, providing performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Additionally, the Team Lead will work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring, assigning tasks, and driving team performance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess team performance, resolve issues, and optimize processes
• Time Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Familiarity with financial services or consumer financing is a plus
