Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Team Lead is responsible for supervising a project or functional team, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This includes assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and supporting team members with guidance, feedback, and problem-solving. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align team activities with project objectives and client requirements. The Team Lead also contributes to process improvement, supports documentation and reporting, and maintains a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, coach team members, and foster a collaborative work culture.
  • Project coordination and organizational skills, with experience in planning workflows, managing timelines, and tracking progress against targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving operational issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of real estate, construction, or property development processes; experience in these sectors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software); familiarity with project management tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza, adapt to a dynamic environment, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly valued.
