Job Title - Team Lead - Seller support
Type - 1 year extendable contract
Work Location - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and go-live activities for retail brand partners on the platform.
- Handle legal documentation, commercial agreements, account setup, cataloguing, inventory, and payment configuration.
- Ensure successful system integration, device setup, and staff training before launch.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively identify or escalate delays.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for live brand partners and resolve day-to-day seller issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational concerns while ensuring adherence to SOPs and conducting periodic store visits.
- Handle and manage a team of 5–10 Seller Ops Executives/Senior Executives, including workload allocation, target setting, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs such as onboarding completion, seller satisfaction, query resolution, fill rate, and cancellations while maintaining accurate reports and trackers.
Preferred Skills & Traits:
- Must have directly managed a team of 5–10 people.
- Strong background in e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in KPI management and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Experience in onboarding, account management, or seller/partner support is preferred.
