Key Responsibilities
Independently design and deliver localized training programs using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Develop localized training plans based on business needs. Deliver key training sessions, coaching, and evaluations.
Coordinate all training activities, scheduling, and resource allocation. Facilitate communication among Trainers, HR, Sales, and Operations. Act as the local bridge between Site teams and ME Training HQ.
Execute regional training strategies aligned with company goals. Drive business performance improvement through targeted training. Track key KPIs and propose improvement actions.
Promote company culture and values within the local team. Support development and performance of Trainers. Bridge cultural understanding between local and HQ teams.
