This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Riyadh. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing team operations, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all visitors, and leading by example in delivering energetic customer service. The role includes scheduling, training, and mentoring team members, monitoring performance to meet operational goals, and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment. The Team Leader will also assist in operational processes and foster strong communication between staff and management for seamless delivery of BOUNCE's signature experiences.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities
• Customer service and people management experience
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience in a recreational, fitness, or entertainment-related industry is a plus
• Basic familiarity with safety and risk management practices
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
