- Minimum Required Qualifications
Education
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate.
- 3-year Diploma in Engineering.
Training/Certification
- ISO 9001Lead Auditor.
- Any of the following certification: CSWIP 3.1, BGAS Level 2, ASNT Level2, PCN Level 2 or any discipline related recognized Inspector certification.
Technical knowledge
- knowledge in API codes and standards, project specifications and procedures.
- Well versed in MS Office tools especially MS Excel & MS Word.
Experience
- No. of years Site Experience with Oil & Gas Projects: For Engineering Graduate: Minimum 10 years, For Diploma in Engineering: Minimum 15 years.
- No of typical Projects worked in similar position at Site: Minimum 2 Projects.
- Preferred requirement: At least one (1) project as Team Leader in ADNOC and total three projects as Team leader.
Remarks (Preferred)
- UAE driving license.
- Responsibilities / Authorities
Primary Functions
- Supervises Project Coordinator and all TPIs.
- Liaison with Company / PMC and assists and guides the Inspection Co-Ordinator and TPIs.
- Attend meetings when required.
- Conduct audit as a minimum of one internal audit every six months.
- Assigned inspector performance assessment.
- Resolution of non-conformities.
- Receive Flash report and submit it to Client team for approval.
- Review all Site Inspection reports and endorse prior to forwarding to Client.
- Issue Weekly and monthly reports to Client.
- Review ITP and plan for client interventions at the respective locations Wherever possible and attending online Pre-Inspection meetings.
- Attend Weekly Quality Meetings.
- Receive Inspection Assignment package (IAP), Review and acknowledge Inspection Assignment Package received from COMPANY and issue IAP to Inspector.
