Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Business Setup division, specialising in UAE Mainland & Free zone company formations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business licensing, company registration, and regulatory compliance in the UAE. This role involves leading a team, managing client portfolios, and ensuring smooth end-to-end business setup processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business setup consultants.
• Oversee company formation processes in UAE Mainland & Free zones.
• Provide expert guidance on business licenses, visas, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities (Free zones, etc.).
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE business setup services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free zone company formations.
