Summary
Team Leader- concierge team to deliver exceptional guest service, aligning department operations with brand standards and the overall guest experience. Oversee daily concierge operations, mentor team members, anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensure timely and accurate execution of guest requests, and partner with other departments to maintain seamless service.
Language -Russian/ Arabic/ German speaker preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or relevant field.
- Good working knowledge of systems: (Opera,). Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
