Job Purpose
Handles the export operations planning process, the continuous improvement projects, develops various reports & Analysis, and designs Work measurements to facilitate achieving the Overall Supply Chain Sector objectives .
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Reviews the gathered data & designs the required report of KPIs dashboard Monthly Report
- Develops & monitors Several reports such as Order Fulfilment Report, Marwa Supply plan & finished products Critical report
- Submits the required Analysis concerning Factories Warehouses & Export Development plans
- Ensures the implementation of the updated & best practices of Supply Chain Department vs the market to achieve the required competitive advantage.
- Initially approves & organizes all annual and compensatory leaves for workers in the section in a manner that doesn't hinder the workflow.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of products to meet export demands.
- Inventory and Capacity Management: Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier capacity, adjusting plans as necessary to avoid stockouts or excess inventory Source and engage with new vendors, negotiate, and finalize contracts, and ensure adherence to relevant rules and regulations.
What You Will Bring To The Role
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or any equivalent
Experience
- From 4 to 6 solid experience in the same field
- Excellent Communication and Planning skills.
