About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader – Food & Beverages at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. 
• Supervise team members, including cashiers, waiters and waitresses, to ensure they follow SOPs and deliver high service standards. 
• Motivate colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction, revenue and operational targets. 
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate updates, policies, procedures, revenue performance and operational priorities. 
• Ensure the outlet complies with food hygiene, safety, Dubai Municipality and company standards for storing, handling and selling F&B items. 
• Monitor equipment, facilities, grooming, uniforms and timekeeping to maintain professional service and operational standards. 
• Manage daily rosters, team deployment, upselling activities, cash controls, stock usage and cost control to support profitability. 
• Address performance issues, conduct appraisals, document team performance and escalate operational concerns when required.

About you:

• High School Certificate; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is desirable. 
• Basic Food Hygiene Certification is required. 
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar restaurant, F&B, or hospitality supervisory role. 
• Strong customer service, communication, and English-speaking skills. 
• Cash handling experience, POS system knowledge, basic computer skills, and ability to work well in a team.
