Summary

Miraval The Red Sea is a luxury wellness resort where mindfulness and exceptional hospitality unite. We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Team Leader - Front Office to assist in the efficient running of the Front Office department, in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Miraval's brand standards.

About the Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the Front Office, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining team productivity and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest service

  • Supervise and support front office team members during shifts

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate reports

  • Lead by example in delivering Hyatt's and Miraval's high service standards

Qualifications

  • Saudi National (required)

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a resort environment

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field

  • Resort experience is preferable

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic

  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and administrative skills

  • Proficient in PMS and front office software systems

  • Professional, calm, and guest-oriented approach
