Summary
The Team Leader - Housekeeping is responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained across all assigned areas. The role involves leading a team of housekeeping attendants, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is desirable.
