Team Leader - Laundry

The Team Leader - Laundry must lead and manage daily laundry operations, ensuring exceptional quality, operational efficiency, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and the timely processing and delivery of linen, uniforms, and guest laundry services.

• High school diploma or equivalent hospitality-related certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 2-3 years of laundry operations experience in a luxury hotel environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, fabric care, stain removal, and chemical handling.

• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service and quality standards.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel operational procedures preferred.
