Team Leader - Leasing

We are a well-established Dubai-based brokerage with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Property Management, with a strong reputation and extensive portfolio across the Dubai real estate market.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Leasing to lead our leasing team, drive performance, and maximize the occupancy and rental performance of our managed and listed properties.

The Role:

The Team Leader – Leasing will be responsible for managing and developing a team of leasing consultants, with a strong focus on luxury residential properties, leasing performance, landlord satisfaction, and reducing vacancy periods.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the Dubai rental market, knows how to convert leads into transactions, and can coach agents to consistently improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage and motivate a team of Leasing Consultants.

* Set clear individual and team leasing targets and monitor performance regularly.

* Focus on *reducing vacancy periods* and ensuring available units are actively marketed and leased.

* Oversee the leasing of *luxury and high-value residential properties*.

* Work closely with the Property Management team to understand upcoming vacancies, renewals and landlord requirements.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and leasing turnaround time.

* Monitor available units and ensure they are correctly priced, marketed and actively followed up.

* Train and coach agents on prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, closing and client management.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement within the team.

* Support agents in closing complex or high-value leasing transactions.

* Ensure strong follow-up with tenants, landlords, leads and prospective clients.

* Monitor market trends, rental prices, competing listings and demand across key Dubai areas.

* Work with the marketing team to ensure properties receive appropriate exposure across relevant platforms.

* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and provide feedback on pricing, market demand and leasing strategy.

* Ensure CRM and property availability records are accurate and regularly updated.

* Review team pipeline, viewings, offers and conversion rates and take corrective action where required.

* Ensure company leasing procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

* Identify opportunities to improve the overall leasing process and team productivity.

What We Are Looking For:

* Minimum *4–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate*, with strong leasing experience.

* Previous experience in a *Team Leader, Senior Leasing Consultant or similar leadership role*.

* Strong knowledge of the Dubai residential rental market.

* Experience handling *luxury and high-value properties* is highly preferred.

* Proven ability to lead, train and develop a team of property consultants.

* Strong understanding of leasing cycles, rental pricing, negotiations and closing.

* Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.

* Commercially minded with a strong focus on occupancy, revenue and results.

* Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* UAE driving licence is preferred.
