Team Leader (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide our team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and performance management. This role is responsible for driving sales targets, recruiting and developing agents, and ensuring excellent client service across the team.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Provide training, support, and guidance on sales techniques, property listings, and market trends
• Set performance targets and regularly monitor KPIs, ensuring high productivity and accountability
• Assist team members with complex transactions, negotiations, and closing deals
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the team's market presence and lead generation
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and administrative departments to streamline operations
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and local market conditions
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents to grow the team

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience as a senior real estate manager, or team leader in Dubai
• In-depth expertise in Dubai real estate, with a strong focus on and projects
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset
• Knowledge of CRM systems and property listing platforms
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• May require evening and weekend availability based on client and team needs
• Office-based with travel for property viewings, meetings, and events
