Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant. Based in Giza, the role involves supporting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and providing expert property consulting. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their property needs, guiding negotiations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and staying updated on real estate market trends and changes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Consulting and Real Estate practices

Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven experience and ability in Sales strategies and techniques

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

Proficiency in local language and English, with a strong understanding of the Giza real estate market
