To assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Reservations Department within the Rooms Division, supporting all reservations agents and related functions of the hotel.
Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel operations is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
