Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt for a Telesales Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring the telesales team, driving sales, ensuring quality customer service, and achieving performance targets. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, monitoring sales metrics, training team members, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while implementing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management abilities to guide and inspire team members toward performance excellence
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Previous experience in telesales or a leadership role within a sales environment is preferred
