Team Leader / Sales Director

H&S Real Estate is looking for an experienced Team Leader / Sales Director to manage and lead a team of 10–20 real estate brokers.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience, excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and a proven track record in managing sales teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Team Leader, or Sales Director in the UAE real estate market
• Experience managing real estate brokers
• Strong knowledge of Dubai / UAE property market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and support brokers

Reponsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10–20 real estate brokers
• Train, guide, and motivate brokers to achieve sales targets
• Monitor team performance and sales pipeline
• Develop strategies to increase sales and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers

Compensation:

• Commission-based only
