Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Team Leader to join the growing sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new SME clients and driving loan sales across the UAE. Reporting to the COO, the role involves:
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and onboarding SME clients requiring financing solutions.
- Leveraging an extensive supplier network and existing sales force to generate leads.
- Managing and eventually leading a team of Relationship Managers.
- Collaborating with independent consultants and external partners to optimize deal flow.
- Driving business development through strategic partnerships and networking within the banking and fintech sectors.

- 5-6 years of experience in business banking, SME finance, or fintech sales within the UAE.

- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team, with leadership potential.
