At Hassan Allam Construction, we are looking for a highly experienced Section Head Site Engineer MEP to join our team and lead electromechanical works across major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site MEP activities to ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in MEP construction, with a strong background in electromechanical projects
- Proven experience in a leadership or section head role
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
