Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Team Leader - Student Recruitment. The Team Leader will oversee and drive recruitment activities, implement effective processes, and drive strategies to meet enrolment targets. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, conducting hiring initiatives, designing recruitment strategies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of enrolment objectives.
Qualifications
- Student recruitment for short term certification programs/courses in domains like Supply Chain Management, Training, Human Resources, Hospitality, Soft Skills, etc.
- Proven expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to mentor, guide, and manage recruitment teams effectively
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and prospective students
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
- Experience in the education sector or student recruitment is a strong advantage
- Candidates with a valid UAE driving license would be preferred.
- Salary would be in the range of AED 6000-7500
