TEAM LEADER WASTE MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

• To ensure proper utilization of manpower deployed at site.
• To ensure timely execution of waste management services.
• Effective utilization of resources.
• To liaise with Clients for everything related to waste management services.
• To schedule duties/overtime/leave of subordinates.
• Mobilize the team during emergencies.
• Perform other tasks allotted by the Management from time to time.
• Involve in daily operations and drive 3ton pick up as a part of operations.
• Effective executive and Service delivery

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable.

Required Skills

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is a must.
• Result Orientation, People Management Skills and Planning & organizing skills.
• Technical Problem solving skills.
• Basic communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
• Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
