Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo. The roles of Team Leaders, Sales Supervisors, Senior Property Consultants, and Property Consultants involve overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and effectively engaging with clients. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the property buying or selling process, providing top-tier customer service, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Professionals in these roles will act as key contributors to the company's mission of providing innovative brokerage services.

• Proven experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with New Cairo's real estate market is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
