Technical Lead

Role Summary

Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications. Responsible for leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications

• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices

• Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery

• Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability

Technical Skills

• Frontend: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS ,Ionic, Ngrx, Signal

• Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices

• Architecture: System Design, Scalable Distributed Systems

• Engineering Practices: Agile, Code Reviews, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization

• Tools: Git, CI/CD, Monitoring & Logging
