Position Purpose
Manage and coordinate all Technical Accommodation activities related to unit assessments, turnaround operations, material requests, contractor performance, and compliance with TQA standards. Ensure timely delivery of ready units, accurate documentation, and full accountability over operational materials and assets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily TA operations including unit inspections, preparations, handovers, refurbishments, and closures.
- Ensure all units undergo a full TQA assessment and that all snags are rectified before release.
- Coordinate with General Services, Technical Services, contractors, and cleaning teams to meet turnaround timelines.
- Conduct routine site inspections to verify quality standards and compliance with TQA guidelines.
- Ensure all audits and inspections include photo evidence via run-report or approved digital tools.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly team reports and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Maintain compliance with operational manuals, HSE guidelines, and reporting protocols.
- Raise MREs for furniture, appliance replacements, refurbishments, and operational materials.
- Inspect delivered items for compliance with specifications, quantity, and quality.
- Lead TA assistants, inspectors, and support staff to ensure timely and accurate task execution.
- Coordinate with Facility Management, EFM, Technical Services, Housing, and General Services, ensuring timely communication of planned works, events, or urgent updates.
Key Requirements
- Understanding of accommodation operations and technical standards.
- Proficiency in inventory systems, MRE processes, and GRN documentation.
- Ability to manage contractors and enforce quality standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Skilled in digital reporting and inspection tools.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 35 years experience in accommodation operations or facilities supervision.
- Experience with procurement workflows, MRE/GRN processes, and contractor management.
- Knowledge of quality audits, asset management, and operational reporting.
