Job Summary
The Technical Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the technical, operations, and execution teams. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication across teams, and timely project delivery within the construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to technical, operations, and execution teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules, tasks, and workflows.
- Assist in planning activities, task tracking, notifications, and timely reporting.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage technical documentation.
- Act as a liaison between teams, departments, stakeholders, and clients.
- Support procurement activities and assist with troubleshooting operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical or IT-related discipline (preferred).
- 23 years of experience in a technical or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of construction field activities and project environments.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and job-related software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
