A football team in Kuwait is looking for a Japanese Technical Adviser to support the development of the first team and youth academy. The selected professional will be responsible for providing technical guidance, developing training programs and introducing Japanese football methodology to the coaching staff. Main responsibilities: Prepare technical and training programs for the first team and youth academy. Support youth development programs. Educate coaching staff on Japanese football methodology. Develop coaching frameworks and player-development plans. Provide technical guidance and recommendations.
