Position Summary
Job Purpose
The Technical Analyst – Applications will support, maintain, and enhance HCT's enterprise applications and digital platforms. The role will ensure system stability, performance, security, and effective integration across academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for HCT's enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents, system errors, performance issues, and integration failures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
- Work with business users, vendors, developers, database teams, and cloud teams.
- Support integrations between SIS, LMS, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and reporting systems.
- Prepare technical specifications, support documents, interface documents, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HCT's security, governance, and access management requirements.
- Contribute to application improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Enterprise application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and change management.
- Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQL development.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, middleware, MuleSoft, Apigee, or Azure API Management.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation, encryption, and access management.
