Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, software development, and enterprise integration, with a keen understanding of emerging technologies in the Fintech space. This role is critical to supporting ADCB's digital transformation initiatives across consumer platforms, trading, and custody services.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Architect and document scalable solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate APIs and backend services.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analyses for new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations in all technical designs.
- Support CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, including containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain and optimize relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and support NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Stay abreast of emerging Fintech technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.
- Create and maintain architectural diagrams using Visio, Draw.io, and other design tools.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 710 years of experience in technical analysis, software development, and system integration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong programming skills in Java and .NET Core, with experience in relevant frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Expertise in designing and consuming APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and secure system design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation practices.
- Exposure to Fintech innovations and digital banking technologies.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and project management platforms.
