Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, technical shop drawings, and construction details in compliance with project specifications and local codes.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
- Review and respond to technical submittals, material samples, and shop drawings from contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all designs comply with authority requirements, building regulations, and client standards.
- Support the project team during construction by providing technical clarifications and resolving design-related issues.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in producing detailed drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
