Technical Architect

Mirage is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering prestigious projects across the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant architectural experience
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential and hotel projects
• Strong technical design, detailing, and project delivery capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction standards
• Must hold an Unlimited License from Ras Al Khaimah Municipality (RAKM)
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

What You'll Do:

• Develop and review technical design packages and construction documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
• Support the successful execution of high-end residential and hospitality developments
