Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with over 12 years of expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to lead the design, implementation, upgrade, integration, and support of enterprise-grade PeopleSoft solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong techno-functional capabilities, extensive experience in higher education systems, and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects across Singapore and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules including:AdmissionsStudent RecordsStudent FinancialsCampus CommunitySelf-ServiceStudent Lifecycle Management
- Lead PeopleSoft upgrade initiatives (Campus Solutions, HCM and FSCM), including:PUM UpdatesPeopleTools upgradesRetrofit activitiesData conversionEnvironment comparison
- Design and develop scalable solutions using:PeopleCodeApplication EngineComponent InterfaceApplication PackagesIntegration BrokerREST APIsWeb ServicesFluid Pages
- Design secure integrations with external enterprise and government systems.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using:PS QueryBI/XML PublishernVision
- Lead cloud migration initiatives and deployment activities.
- Gather business requirements, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD).
- Provide architectural guidance, perform code reviews, and establish development best practices.
- Manage production incidents, problem management, change requests, and release activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.

- Hands-on experience with production support, incident management, and enhancement delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience leading onsite and offshore technical teams.
