Technical Architect Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects of projects across Schematic, Detailed, and IFC stages.
• Manage and mentor architects, BIM coordinators, and technical staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver fully coordinated design packages.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and BOQs for compliance with codes and project scope.
• Organize and lead technical coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Strong understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction documentation.
