Job Description :
- The Service provider must have resources with 15+ Years of experience in providing end to end architecture and design services
- Must have atleast 5 references in the Telco BSS / OSS Domain
- A deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems and their integration, as well as experience with network technologies, such as telecommunications, data, and cloud.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
- Mentorship, coaching, education, and training support for colleagues at an advanced level.
- Knowledge of designing and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for new products and services requirements.
- The resources must have subject matter / domain expertise Telco BSS / OSS domain (CRM, Point of sales, Channels, Digital Channels, Product catalog, Order management, Inventory, Charging, Billing, Payment, Service Activation etc.).
- Must have in-depth skills on Ericcson and Netcracker BSS platforms.
- Must have in-depth understanding of telecom business processes and architecture.
- Knowledge of standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and solutions for OSS / BSS; Knowledge of business processes and functions of Telco operator planning, development, operations, fulfillment, assurance, etc.
- Knowledge of Telco products and services (Wireless and Fixed Lines/Data, Consumer and Enterprise)
- Awareness of latest software application architecture patterns like distributed systems architecture (web/app), microservices, even-driven architecture, serverless and cloud native solutions.
- Experience in digital transformation projects involving digital channels like Mobile App and Web Portals.
- Experience in drawing detailed solution diagrams using tools like MS Visio, Lucid charts, diagrams.net etc.
- The service provider has relevant experience in designing solutions involving complex systems/architectures.
- The service provider has delivered similar engagements using agile software development methodologies
