- Lead the architectural designs and strategy for the finishing process for the property
- Engage with the customer acquisition team to gather requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in technical architecture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize designs and identify areas for improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
