About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves translating complex banking requirements into actionable configurations, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Document of Understanding (DOU) and Business Standard Offering (BSO) to create detailed User Stories in JIRA.
  • Configure banking platform features to align with client specifications and operational needs.
  • Prepare and manage Parameter Updates or Questionnaires to ensure accurate reflection of agreed scope.
  • Triage and validate defects raised by testers or clients, ensuring alignment with signed scope; escalate clarifications for customizations when needed.
  • Conduct configuration review sessions and lead Parameter Updates/Questionnaire walkthroughs to secure client sign-off.
  • Participate in client meetings to address questions and provide clarity on requirements and configurations.
  • Support testing phases by assisting testers with functionality and requirement-related queries.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems (BIS) or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations and business processes.
  • Experience with JIRA and requirement documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with banking platforms and configuration tools.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
