SCYTALYS is currently looking for a
Technical Business Development Engineer in Abu Dhabi office responsible for preparing proposals and responses addressing RFIs, RFPs/RFQs, Tenders, public consultations and for performing live demonstrations of Companys / Groups products.
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and responses addressing RFIs, RFPs/RFQs, Tenders, public consultations
- Technical presales
- Support the development of new synergies and cooperations with the defense industry, academia and institutes
- Maintain Companies Demo equipment inventory
- Support Field Demonstrations of Companies / Groups products
- Communicate Companys product features to potential users / customers on the field
- Record customer feedback on products performance / enhancements
- Provide field performance and operational use feedback to Product Teams
Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Language Requirements
- University Degree(s) in Engineering and/or Computing
- Masters degree in a relevant discipline or an MBA will be considerate as an asset
- More than three (3) years of professional experience
- Good knowledge and experience in using electronic circuitry and design
- Good knowledge and experience in the use of electronic test equipment like oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.
- Good knowledge of Computer Networking
- Knowledge in RF transmission, design and deployment is desirable
- Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux systems to perform basic administration / automation tasks (e.g., shell scripting to create / debug installation and configuration scripts etc.)
- Fluent in technical writing in English and Greek
- Problem-solving, Organizational & Communication skills
- Will to travel and work outdoors
