Purpose Of The Position
As
Technical Clerk you will be part of the
Offshore Operations – Hook-up Department within
Logistics & Personnel Coordination scope.
You will support
crew change planning, personnel mobilization, and administrative coordination activities to ensure smooth offshore operations and compliance with project requirements.
How can you support us Here are below main job responsibilities:
- Mandatory Crew Change experience (2–5 years minimum) in offshore or oil & gas operations
- Coordinate end-to-end crew mobilization and demobilization processes, including travel, visas, and accommodations
- Maintain and update personnel tracking systems and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Logistics, Operations) and external vendors (travel agencies, immigration authorities)
- Ensure timely crew rotations in line with project schedules and operational needs
- Monitor compliance with company policies, international regulations, and client requirements
What are we looking for
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field
Background/Experience
- 2–5 years experience as a Technical Clerk, Crew Officer, or Logistics Assistant, mandatory within offshore oil & gas, maritime, or construction industries
Languages
- Proficient in English (mandatory)
Technical Knowledge / Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with crew management or HR systems (e.g., SAP, crew planning tools, 3VM)
- Knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, and offshore certification requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
What else should you know
Some travelling will be expected within
Middle East and offshore locations depending on operational needs.
