The ideal candidate for an Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software position must have a strong understanding of the construction or engineering industry and experience with project management software. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and should will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
JOB CONTEXT & COMPLEXITY
- Manage the Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software for a construction or engineering firm. This includes setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring that the platform is up-to-date.
- Help users to understand and use the Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software. This includes providing training, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems.
- Gather and analyse data from the Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software. This data can be used to improve project management, risk management, and quality control.
- Work with other departments within the construction or engineering firm to ensure that the Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software is being used effectively. This might involve working with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with the Aconex system and/or Any Construction and engineering software, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with construction and engineering industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences effectively.
