Multi Cloud Engineer
Job Scope
The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related but not limited to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber Security. S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Managed Services Implementation
Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Implement managed services such as compute, storage, databases, Kubernetes, IAM, backup, and monitoring.
Ensure cloud environments follow vendor best practices for security, reliability, and performance.
Perform resource provisioning, environment setup, and post-deployment validation.
- Solution Preparation & Architecture Support
Translate customer requirements into technical cloud solutions and implementation plans.
Prepare and document solution designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment scopes.
Support pre-sales and technical teams in evaluating customer needs and proposing cloud-based offerings.
Review and improve existing customer architectures and recommend optimized solutions.
- Cloud Operations & Automation
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and backup tasks for operational efficiency.
Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging across multi-cloud environments.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide second/third-level support.
- Security, Governance & Compliance
Apply cloud security best practices and ensure proper IAM/RBAC across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Implement policies, guardrails, and governance frameworks for managed cloud environments.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Performance, Cost Optimization & Reliability
Continuously assess cloud usage and implement cost optimization strategies.
Tune resources for performance, availability, and reliability.
Perform periodic reviews of customer cloud environments and recommend improvements.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience
