Job Title: Technical Cooperation Manager (Supply Chain Resource Development & Management)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Department: On-Sync Energy Management Services Company

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage supplier technical communication, capability assessment, qualification verification, and supplier performance reviews.
2. Coordinate technical discussions between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, including technical clarifications, solution comparisons, and proposal reviews.
3. Prepare and review technical agreements, specifications, data sheets, and other technical documentation.
4. Support equipment and material selection and ensure technical compliance and delivery quality.
5. Coordinate technical issues and disputes during factory and site acceptance, conduct root-cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.
6. Maintain supplier documentation, records, and profiles.
7. Work closely with procurement, commercial, and technical teams to support quotations, negotiations, and risk identification.

Qualification Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier management, with hands-on experience in technical agreement negotiation.
2. Experience with supplier management systems such as SAP/Ariba.
3. Good written and reading English skills for direct communication with international suppliers.
4. Strong technical communication, coordination, and risk-identification skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously.
