Technical Coordinator

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Coordinator. The Technical Coordinator will provide technical support to clients and teams, analyze and resolve technical issues, oversee and coordinate project delivery, and ensure high-quality customer service. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues promptly
• Customer Service expertise, with the ability to deliver solutions tailored to client needs
• Proven Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
