Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive technical direction while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (development, QA, architecture, operations)
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, and resource requirements
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and client relationships
- Drive technical decisions, architecture alignment, and best practices
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight for technical teams
- Ensure integration of systems and smooth delivery of digital solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in software development, with strong hands-on experience
- 5+ years in leadership or project management roles
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, middleware, and SDLC methodologies
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing complex technical projects and resolving critical issues
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
