About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and digital solutions. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional technical teams, manage project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of quality while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader with strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
- Define project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports for executive leadership.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers when required.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software delivery, project management, or technology operations.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Monday.com.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
Requirements

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
- Saudi Nationality is required.
