Technical Department Manager

We're Hiring: Technical Department Manager | Eastern Region, KSA

We are looking for an experienced Technical Department Manager to join our team at our HQ in Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, structural design, and project management, with proven experience managing large-scale projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in Project Management.
• Extensive experience in the construction industry, with GCC experience required; KSA experience is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise and specialization in Structural Design is a must.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at SAR 200 million+.
• Strong technical, leadership, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
