Technical Developer - Outsystems

MUHIDE is a Saudi fintech platform and the first national trade ecosystem dedicated to authenticating and governing B2B trade transactions across the Kingdom. It provides legally compliant digital agreements aligned with Saudi Arabia's Electronic Transactions Law and converts automated trade documents into blockchain-based smart contracts. The platform offers tamper-proof evidentiary tools that protect buyers and sellers, reducing risk and commercial disputes. MUHIDE also facilitates access to trade financing through leading local banks and non-bank financial institutions under preferential terms, enabling companies to grow with greater confidence and security.

Role Description

This is a full-time OutSystems Developer role, open to talent across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Technical Development Head, the OutSystems Developer will design, build, and maintain business applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions that power MUHIDE's core platform features — including digital agreements, smart contracts, and trade documentation — in a regulated fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver practical, user-friendly applications
• Build and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, and external systems to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow
• Ensure application quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning, while adhering to OutSystems best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, product, technical) and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Follow OutSystems development best practices, stay current with platform advancements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Document technical solutions, manage the full application lifecycle, and support ongoing enhancements and upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification: Associate Reactive / Traditional Web / Mobile Specialization
• Strong skills in JavaScript, REST API integrations, and SQL
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern web standards
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Fluency in Arabic and English

Work Environment

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
