Technical Draftsman – Architecture & Fit-Out

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Draftsman to support the delivery of detailed architectural and fit-out drawing packages for high-end residential and hospitality projects. This role is focused on speed, accuracy, and coordination across disciplines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations, joinery, IFC packages)
• Develop and coordinate architectural and interior fit-out details
• Work closely with design, MEP, and site teams to resolve clashes
• Support shop drawing reviews and technical coordination
• Ensure drawings are accurate, buildable, and compliant

REQUIREMENTS

• 8–15 years experience in drafting (architecture + fit-out)
• Strong AutoCAD skills (essential)
• Good knowledge of joinery, materials, and detailing
• UAE project experience preferred
• Fast, detail-oriented, and reliable under deadlines
